Delivery, pick-up and return

DELIVERY POLICIES

We ship our products to Canada only within a usual time frame of 2 to 3 business days. For deliveries to Quebec and Ontario, we use the carrier Purolator (unless otherwise stated). This carrier typically delivers the next business day.

For orders originating from Canada, but outside of Quebec and Ontario, shipping will be done from Canada Post's Xpressport. Delivery times are usually 3 business days, but can sometimes extend during peak periods (holidays, etc.).

A signature is required upon receipt. If you do not want a signature to be required, simply let us know when ordering. On the other hand, Savoirs My will then disclaim all responsibilities with regard to packages lost or delivered to the wrong address.

Delivery costs are adjusted according to the weight of the package. Orders of $90 or more (before taxes and excluding rebates and coupons) are delivered free of charge.

If the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, the postage costs will then be charged to the customer.

Eco-friendly delivery: we encourage reuse as much as possible. Shipments are therefore usually made in reused boxes from our suppliers or nearby businesses who donate them to us rather than recycling them. So the box and packaging material will not match at all!

PICKING

The workshop is located in Saint-Urbain-Premier, but is not open to the public. However, it is possible to collect your order from my home in Sainte-Martine by appointment only in order to avoid delivery costs. To do this, you must first make your purchase on the online store, then once at the checkout, enter the promo code: PICK UP. .

Make sure you have entered your telephone number. You will be notified when your order is ready and will be invited to make an appointment for your contactless pickup.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Soaps My does not accept returns or exchanges. On the other hand, if an item is damaged during transport by our carrier, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to make an agreement. We will need a photo of the exterior and interior of the box as well as the damaged product in order to proceed with the claim.

In the event of a manufacturing problem, we ask you to write to us at info@savoinemy.com to inform us and reach an agreement if necessary.
